Common use of Odškodnění Clause in Contracts

Odškodnění. 10.1 Janssen shall defend, indemnify and hold harmless Institution, its trustees, officers, agents and employees (including the Principal Investigator and co-investigators) from any and all losses, costs, expenses, liabilities, claims, actions and damages, to the extent caused by Janssen’s negligence or willful misconduct in connection with this Agreement. 10.1 Společnost Janssen se zavazuje zdravotnické zařízení, jeho správce, pověřence, vedoucí pracovníky, zástupce a zaměstnance (včetně hlavního zkoušejícího a spoluzkoušejících) chránit, odškodnit a zprostit odpovědnosti za všechny ztráty, náklady, výdaje, nároky, spory a škody, vzniklé v důsledku nedbalosti nebo úmyslného zavinění na straně společnosti Janssen v souvislosti s touto smlouvou.
