EU Transparency regulations. The Site and Investigator acknowledge and agree that Sponsor reserves the right to collect and publicly disclose information regarding any payment and/or advantages provided by Sponsor to the Site and/or the Investigator under the Agreement to any local authorities if requested by local laws and regulations or to comply with EFPIA (European Federation of Pharmaceutical Industries and Associations) Disclosure Code. Therefore, personal data regarding Site’s employees and/or Investigator’s identity, professional identification reference, medical specialty, and any information regarding the operation (nature, subject, and amount) may be collected, processed and publicly disclosed by Sponsor on an aggregate basis in compliance with Data Protection Legislation. Zkoušející zajistí urychlenou aktualizaci formulářů dle potřeby, s cílem zajistit jejich přesnost a úplnost v průběhu realizace Studie a jeden (1) rok po dokončení Studie. Místo provádění klinického hodnocení souhlasí s tím, že vyplněné formuláře mohou kontrolovat státní a regulační úřady, Zadavatel, IQVIA a jejich zástupci, a Místo provádění klinického hodnocení s takovými kontrolami. Zkoušející dále souhlasí s přenosem dat o finančním prohlášení do země sídla Zadavatele a Spojených států amerických. Tento přenos bude proveden v souladu s předpisy o ochraně osobních údajů.

  • Transparency On request, the data exporter shall make a copy of these Clauses, including the Appendix as completed by the Parties, available to the data subject free of charge. To the extent necessary to protect business secrets or other confidential information, including the measures described in Annex II and personal data, the data exporter may redact part of the text of the Appendix to these Clauses prior to sharing a copy, but shall provide a meaningful summary where the data subject would otherwise not be able to understand the its content or exercise his/her rights. On request, the Parties shall provide the data subject with the reasons for the redactions, to the extent possible without revealing the redacted information. This Clause is without prejudice to the obligations of the data exporter under Articles 13 and 14 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679.

  • EXPORT REGULATIONS Licensee agrees and accepts that Software may be subject to import and export laws of any country, including those of the European Union and United States (specifically the Export Administration Regulations (EAR)). Licensee acknowledges that it is not a citizen, national, or resident of, and is not under control of the governments of Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Sudan or Syria and is not otherwise a restricted end-user as defined by applicable export control laws. Further, Licensee acknowledges that it will not download or otherwise export or re-export Software or any related technical data directly or indirectly to the above-mentioned countries or to citizens, nationals, or residents of those countries, or to any other restricted end user or for any restricted end-use.

  • Openness and Transparency Contractor shall make available to individuals applicable policies, procedures, and technologies that directly affect such individuals and/or their Protected Health Information and Personally Identifiable Information.

  • Trafficking Victims Protection Act of 2000 Subrecipient hereby acknowledges and agrees that it must comply with the requirements of the government-wide award term which implements Section 106(g) of the Trafficking Victims Protection Act (TVPA) of 2000, as amended (22 U.S.C. 7104).   • RULES & REGULATIONS The Exhibitor must comply with the requirements of all Authorities and where applicable with all rules and regulations issued by the owner of the Venue in force at the time of the Exhibition. The Exhibitor undertakes to comply with the obligations and duties contained or referred to in the Contract including (without limitation) those contained or to be contained in the Exhibitors’ Manual. Exemptions from any of these obligations and duties may be granted at the Organisers’ discretion. No exemption given by the Organisers will be effective unless in writing. The Contract comprises these Terms and Conditions, the Exhibition Space Contract and the Exhibitors’ Manual) except as varied in writing signed by the parties.

  • Export Regulation You acknowledge that the Licensed Software and related technical data and services (collectively "Controlled Technology") are subject to the import and export laws of the United States, specifically the U.S. Export Administration Regulations (EAR), and the laws of any country where Controlled Technology is imported or re-exported. You agree to comply with all relevant laws and will not to export any Controlled Technology in contravention to U.S. law nor to any prohibited country, entity, or person for which an export license or other governmental approval is required. All Symantec products, including the Controlled Technology are prohibited for export or re-export to Cuba, North Korea, Iran, Syria and Sudan and to any country subject to relevant trade sanctions. You hereby agree that You will not export or sell any Controlled Technology for use in connection with chemical, biological, or nuclear weapons, or missiles, drones or space launch vehicles capable of delivering such weapons.
