Obligations to continue until termination. The parties will continue to meet their responsibilities under this agreement up to the effective date of termination. If the Distributor continues to charge the Retailer for Services after the effective date of termination of this agreement in accordance with clause 21.5, then the Retailer will continue to be bound by all of the terms of this agreement as if the agreement had not been terminated for so long as the Retailer is liable to pay such charges.
