Service Commitments. Carrier shall exercise due diligence to provide access to regularly scheduled sailings, space aboard such sailings and service adequate to accommodate Shipper's normal service requirements for the Minimum Volume Commitment reasonably spread over the Duration of this Contract.
Service Commitments. Commitments in this Service Level Agreement (SLA) are to support its Wave Service offering (“Wave Service”). If an Eligible Customer experiences performance that does not meet the metrics set forth in this Wave Service SLA, then Eligible Customer will be issued a Service Credit as set forth herein.

Service Commitments iVillage and Intuit will provide services associated with the development, launch and maintenance of Armchair Millionaire as contemplated in this Section 3. In providing these service, each of iVillage and Intuit will use efforts at least as diligent as those used in the provision of similar services for the iVillage Properties or the Intuit Properties, as the case may be.
Service Commitments. If a customer believes Sprint has failed to meet one of the service delivery commitments set forth in this Section 3 (“Service Delivery Commitments”), the customer must submit a written request for a Service Credit to the customer’s Sprint account representative within 15 business days after the missed Service Delivery Commitment to be eligible for the applicable Service Credit.
Service Commitments. 8.1 We are committed to provide you with a high service level. We do not have any universal pattern for reporting on individual matters as the form and frequency of reporting will depend on the nature of the matter and your particular requirements. However, we will keep you regularly informed of progress as and when things develop in your transaction. We will explain to you the legal work that may be required on your transaction. We will also advise you of the likely time scale involved.
Service Commitments. 4.1 The Retailer will ensure that the Sites will be available for use 24 hours a day, 7 days per week, excluding periods for Scheduled Maintenance or Emergency Maintenance.
Service Commitments. BetterUp will make the BetterUp Platform available at a Quarterly Uptime Percentage Threshold of 99.9% of the time each quarter. If BetterUp’s Actual Quarterly Uptime Percentage is below the Quarterly Uptime Percentage Threshold in a given calendar quarter, then Company will receive a Service Credit as described in the table below . Alternatively, if BetterUp’s Actual Quarterly Uptime Percentage is below 95.0% in any given calendar quarter, then Company may terminate any impacted Order by providing thirty (30) days advance written notice and BetterUp will issue a prorated refund for Services not rendered. Company must deliver any such termination notice within fourteen (14) days of the close of such calendar quarter. This Section describes Company’s sole remedy for BetterUp’s failure to meet the Quarterly Uptime Percentage Threshold.
