NPA Performance Quality Assistance. The CNA shall monitor and assist NPAs in maintaining contract performance and provide technical assistance to NPAs as necessary. Technical assistance includes, but is not limited to, federal procurement subject matter expertise, quality assessment, development of performance improvement plans (PIP), business process reengineering and rehabilitation engineering. If either the NPA or the CNA receives notice of unsatisfactory performance from the customer, the CNA shall assist in resolution.
