Training Reports Clause Samples
Training Reports. Annually, beginning January 31, 2018 the CNA shall provide training and employee development reports to the Commission with highlights provided in each Quarterly Report submission. The training reports shall include, but are not limited to, the number of employees trained, type of training provided, training description, source of training, duration of training, future training opportunities, and training results.
Training Reports. The Graduate and the Supervising Surveyor will maintain the records required by Board’s Guidelines for Supervising Surveyors and Graduate Surveyors and will submit training reports to the Board as required by the same guideline.

The CNA shall, beginning fiscal year 2020, provide quarterly training development reports to the Commission with highlights of major accomplishments, no later than fifteen (15) days after the end of each quarter. Annually, no later than September 30, beginning in 2021, the CNA shall provide a comprehensive training report detailing all training programs developed and implemented.
Training Reports. 9.1 The following records should be maintained. The maintenance of these records will help the supervising surveyor and the candidate to identify any deficiencies in the training program, and will assist with the preparation of reports to the Board (Forms 1 and 2 attached). 🖉 BY THE CANDIDATE:- - a work folder of representative completed jobs; - a summary assessment of the candidate’s own perception of progress with the components undertaken during the period;
Training Reports. The RTO will be required to provide two reports each calendar year and/or complete fact- to-face assessment of the program with a Skills Tasmania representative.
Training Reports. The Town shall, on an annual basis, provide the Director of the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ County Office of Public Safety with all records indicating the training classes offered and completed by personnel in firefighting and safety techniques, if requested by the County.

If fail, include the date re-training occurred or will occur A copy of the mandatory sign-in sheet(s) shall be provided to the County after each training. The results of all training shall be certified by the Contractor and maintained by the Contractor as part of each security guard's personnel file.
Training Reports. The Vendor shall be required to maintain records on contract employees’ training history. The Vendor shall provide these reports in an electronic format accessible to designated Department employees via a web portal.
