AbilityOne Workforce Training. The CNA shall develop and provide training programs, independently or in cooperation with the other CNA(s), that develop the knowledge, skills and upward mobility potential of individuals who have significant disabilities employed at AbilityOne qualified NPAs. Such training may include the use of business software programs, leadership skills, or specific technical certifications.
