Notification of Termination Event. Each of the Guarantor LP, and the Standby Account Bank in its capacity as Cash Manager and Standby Account Bank undertakes and agrees to notify the Bond Trustee in accordance with Section 12 promptly upon becoming aware thereof of any event which would or could entitle the Bond Trustee to serve a notice of termination pursuant to Section 7.1.
Notification of Termination Event. The Administrator shall notify the Mortgages Trustee, the Security Trustee and the Beneficiaries as soon as reasonably practicable but in any event within five (5) days of becoming aware of any Termination Event or any event which with the giving of notice or lapse of time or certification would constitute the same. Such notification shall specify which event in Clause 19 occurred and was the cause of such Termination Event (or any event which with the giving of notice or lapse of time or certification would constitute a Termination Event), a description of the details of such Termination Event, and a reference to the provision in this Agreement or the other Transaction Documents which the Administrator has breached.
Notification of Termination Event. Each of the Mortgages Trustee, Funding, the Cash Manager and the Account Banks undertakes and agrees to notify the Security Trustee of any event which would or could entitle the Security Trustee to serve a notice of termination pursuant to Clause 8.5 promptly upon becoming aware thereof.
Notification of Termination Event. Each of the Issuer, the Cash Manager and the Swap Collateral Account Bank undertakes and agrees to notify the Security Trustee in accordance with Clause 15 (Notices) promptly upon becoming aware of any Swap Collateral Account Bank Termination Event or any event which with the giving of notice or lapse of time or certification would constitute the same pursuant to Clause 9.3 (Termination by Issuer).
Notification of Termination Event. Each of the Seventh Issuer, the Seventh Issuer Cash Manager and the Seventh Issuer Account Bank undertakes and agrees to notify the Security Trustee in accordance with CLAUSE 13 promptly upon becoming aware thereof of any event which would or could entitle the Security Trustee to serve a notice of termination pursuant to CLAUSES 9.2 TO 9.4 (inclusive).
Notification of Termination Event. Each of the Issuer, the Cash Manager, the Account Bank and the GIC Provider undertakes and agrees to notify the Security Trustee in accordance with Clause 13 (Notices) promptly upon becoming aware of any Account Bank Termination Event or any event which with the giving of notice or lapse of time or certification would constitute the same pursuant to Clause 9.3 (Termination by Security Trustee) provided that where the Account Bank and the GIC Provider are the same entity any notification by the Account Bank under this Clause 9.2 shall be provided by the GIC Provider only.
Notification of Termination Event. Each of the Issuer, the Seller, the Administrator and the Account Bank undertakes and agrees to notify the Trustee in accordance with Clause 18 (Notices) promptly upon becoming aware thereof of any event which would or could entitle the Trustee to serve a notice of termination pursuant to Clause 9.3 (Termination by Trustee).
Notification of Termination Event. Each of the Master Issuer, the Master Issuer Cash Manager and the Master Issuer Account Bank undertakes and agrees to notify the Master Issuer Security Trustee in accordance with Clause 13 promptly upon becoming aware thereof of any event which would or could entitle the Master Issuer Security Trustee to serve a notice of termination pursuant to Clauses 9.2 to 9.4 (inclusive).
Notification of Termination Event. Each of the Mortgages Trustee, Funding 1, Funding 2, the Cash Manager and the Account Bank undertakes and agrees to notify the Funding 1 Security Trustee and the Funding 2 Security Trustee in accordance with Clause 12 promptly upon becoming aware thereof of any event which would or could entitle the Funding 1 Security Trustee and the Funding 2 Security Trustee to serve a notice of termination pursuant to Clause 8.4.
Notification of Termination Event. Each of the Guarantor, and the Account Bank in its capacity as Cash Manager and Account Bank, undertakes and agrees to notify the Bond Trustee in accordance with Section 9 promptly upon becoming aware thereof of any event which would or could entitle the Bond Trustee to serve a notice of termination pursuant to Section 8.1.
