Common use of Notification of Termination Event Clause in Contracts

Notification of Termination Event. Each of the Guarantor, and the Account Bank in its capacity as Cash Manager and Account Bank, undertakes and agrees to notify the Bond Trustee in accordance with Section 9 promptly upon becoming aware thereof of any event which would or could entitle the Bond Trustee to serve a notice of termination pursuant to Section 8.1.

Notification of Termination Event. Each of the Guarantor, and the Account Bank in its capacity as Cash Manager and the Standby Account Bank, Bank undertakes and agrees to notify the Bond Trustee in accordance with Section 9 12 (Notices) promptly upon becoming aware thereof of any event which would or could entitle the Bond Trustee to serve a notice of termination pursuant to Section 8.17.1 (Termination Events).

Each of the Guarantor, the Cash Manager, the Standby Account Depository Institution and the Account Bank in its capacity as Cash Manager and Account Bank, Standby GIC Provider undertakes and agrees to notify the Bond Trustee in accordance with Section 9 12 promptly upon becoming aware thereof of any event which would or could entitle the Bond Trustee to serve a notice of termination pursuant to Section 8.17.1.

Each of the Guarantor, Guarantor and the Account Bank Depository Institution in its capacity as Cash Manager and Account Bank, Depository Institution undertakes and agrees to notify the Bond Trustee in accordance with Section 9 11 promptly upon becoming aware thereof of any event which would or could entitle the Bond Trustee to serve a notice of termination pursuant to Section 8.1.

Each of the Guarantor, the Cash Manager and the Account Bank in its capacity as Cash Manager and Account Bank, undertakes and agrees to notify the Bond Trustee in accordance with Section 9 Article 10 (Notices) promptly upon becoming aware thereof of any event which that would or could entitle the Bond Trustee to serve a notice of termination pursuant to Section 8.17.3 (Termination by Bond Trustee).
