LIMITED (registered number 00235914) whose registered office is at Citigroup Centre, Canada Square, Xxxxxx Xxxxx, Xxxxxx X00 0XX, Xxxxxx Xxxxxxx (the "Trustee", which expression includes any other person or persons from time to time acting as trustee under the Trust Deed constituting the Notes); and

LIMITED whose registered office is at Citigroup Centre, Canada Square, Xxxxxx Xxxxx, Xxxxxx X00 0XX (the "Trustee", which term, where the context permits, shall include such company and all other persons or companies for the time being acting as the trustee or trustees under the Trust Deed (as defined in the Deed of Charge referred to below)).

LIMITED (registered number 00235914), a private limited company incorporated under the laws of England and Wales whose principal office is Citigroup Centre, Canada Square, Xxxxxx Xxxxx, Xxxxxx X00 0XX (the Security Trustee, which expression shall include such persons and all other persons for the time being acting as security trustee or security trustees under the Deed of Charge); and
CITICORP TRUSTEE COMPANY. LIMITED as trustee (the Trustee, which expression shall include any other persons for the time being the trustee or trustees under the Trust Deed (as defined below)).

CITICORP TRUSTEE COMPANY. LIMITED who has a place of business at Citigroup Centre, Canada Square, Xxxxxx Xxxxx, Xxxxxx X00 0XX being the holder of certain Security Interests created from time to time by the Additional Mortgagee under or pursuant to the Additional Security Deed (in such capacity the "Additional Security Holder"); and
CITICORP TRUSTEE COMPANY. LIMITED as security trustee for the other Finance Parties (the Security Trustee);
CITICORP TRUSTEE COMPANY. LIMITED acting on behalf of itself and each Current Party (as defined below). THIS ACCESSION DEED WITNESSES as follows:

LIMITED in its capacity as trustee acting pursuant to and with the benefit of the protections set out in the Trust Deed for the holders of the Notes from time to time (the "Trustee", which expression includes, where the context admits, all persons for the time being the trustee or trustees of the Trust Deed).

LIMITED (registered number 235914), acting through its principal London office at Citigroup Centre, Canada Square, Xxxxxx Xxxxx, Xxxxxx X00 0XX as trustee for the Noteholders referred to below (the "Trustee", which expression shall wherever the context so admits, include any other trustee or trustees for the time being of the Trust Deed referred to below).
