Notification of Termination Event. Each of the Master Issuer, the Master Issuer Cash Manager and each Master Issuer Account Bank undertakes and agrees to notify the Master Issuer Security Trustee in accordance with Clause 13 promptly upon becoming aware thereof of any event which would or could entitle the Master Issuer Security Trustee to serve a notice of termination pursuant to Clause 9.4.
