Notification of Locations. Bank One will inform Claimants of the address of each Bank One Talking ATM installed pursuant to this Agreement by providing a list of the Bank One Talking ATMs installed during each calendar month by the tenth day following such month. Bank One will also provide Claimants with the following information about these Talking ATMs: (1) Whether the Talking ATM is a drive-up or walk-up ATM; (2) Whether there is also a walk-up ATM at the same banking center address if the Talking ATM is listed as a drive-up ATM, and, if so, whether the walk-up ATM is inside or outside of the banking center.

Notification of Locations. 1.5 Trans-Northern agrees and acknowledges that the Town is not responsible in any way for providing information about the location of the Pipeline. All inquiries and requests for information about the location of the Pipeline will be directed to Trans-Northern. Trans-Northern shall upon such a request, without cost to the Town, provide locations of its Pipeline in accordance with the National Energy Board Act and Regulations and its obligations as a member of Ontario 1-Call. Trans-Northern shall be responsible for above ground markers for the Pipeline.

  • Service Locations X.X. Xxxxxx maintains various operational/service centers and locations through the United States and foreign jurisdictions. The services provided under this Agreement may be provided from one or more such locations. X.X. Xxxxxx may change the operational/service centers and locations as it deems necessary or appropriate for its business concerns.

  • Access to Work Locations Reasonable access to employee work locations shall be granted officers of the Association and their officially designated representatives for the purpose of processing grievances or contacting members of the Association concerning business within the scope of representation. Such officers or representatives shall not enter any work location without the consent of the City Manager. Access shall be restricted so as not to interfere with the normal operations of the department or with established safety or security requirements. Solicitation of membership and activities concerned with the internal management of the Association, such as collecting dues, holding membership meetings, campaigning for office, conducting elections and distributing literature, shall not be conducted during working hours.

  • Data Location 1.1. The CONTRACTOR shall not store or transfer non-public COUNTY data outside of the United States. This includes backup data and Disaster Recovery locations. The CONTRACTOR will permit its personnel and contractors to access COUNTY data remotely only as required to provide technical support. (Remote access to data from outside the continental United States is prohibited unless approved in advance and in writing by the County.)

  • INFORMATION OF LOCKHEED XXXXXX (a) Information provided by LOCKHEED XXXXXX to SELLER remains the property of LOCKHEED XXXXXX. XXXXXX agrees to comply with the terms of any proprietary information agreement with LOCKHEED XXXXXX and to comply with all proprietary information markings and restrictive legends applied by LOCKHEED XXXXXX to anything provided hereunder to SELLER. XXXXXX agrees not to use any LOCKHEED XXXXXX provided information for any purpose except to perform this Contract and agrees not to disclose such information to third parties without the prior written consent of LOCKHEED XXXXXX. SELLER shall maintain data protection processes and systems sufficient to adequately protect LOCKHEED XXXXXX provided information and comply with any law or regulation applicable to such information.

  • Service Location and Equipment The AGENCY must request in writing and said request must be approved in writing by the COUNTY’S Manager of the CCC or designee, prior to any change in the dates, times, and locations of services provided in this Contract.

  • Data Center Location Upon the effective date of the Agreement, the Data Centers used to host Personal Data in the Cloud Service are located in the EEA or Switzerland. SAP will not migrate the Customer instance to a Data Center outside the EEA or Switzerland without Customer’s prior written consent (email permitted). If SAP plans to migrate the Customer instance to a Data Center within the EEA or to Switzerland, SAP will notify Customer in writing (email permitted) no later than thirty days before the planned migration.

  • Conversion of Live Telephone Exchange Service to Analog 2W Loops The following coordination procedures shall apply to “live” cutovers of VERIZON Customers who are converting their Telephone Exchange Services to SPRINT Telephone Exchange Services provisioned over Analog 2W unbundled Local Loops (“Analog 2W Loops”) to be provided by VERIZON to SPRINT.
