Notices and other announcements to the Parties. 27.1 Except as otherwise required by Law, all notices, announcements, summons and/or communications pursuant to or in connection with to this Agreement shall be in the English language and be delivered to the addresses included in Schedule 18 (Notices) (or to such other address as a Party has communicated to the other Party in accordance with this Clause) by registered mail with return receipt or by courier or by e-mail.

  • Notices and Other Communications Any and all notices, statements, demands or other communications hereunder may be given by a party to the other by mail, facsimile, telegraph, messenger or otherwise to the address specified in Annex II hereto, or so sent to such party at any other place specified in a notice of change of address hereafter received by the other. All notices, demands and requests hereunder may be made orally, to be confirmed promptly in writing, or by other communication as specified in the preceding sentence.

  • PAYMENTS, NOTICES AND OTHER COMMUNICATIONS Any payment, notice or other communication pursuant to this Agreement shall be sufficiently made or given on the date of mailing if sent to such party by certified first class mail, postage prepaid, addressed to it at its address below or as it shall designate by written notice given to the other party:

  • Notices and other communication Any notice to be given under this Consortium Agreement shall be in writing to the addresses and recipients as listed in the most current address list kept by the Coordinator.   • Reports and Other Information (a) The Fund and the Investment Manager agree to furnish to each other, if applicable, current prospectuses, proxy statements, reports to shareholders, certified copies of their financial statements, and such other information with respect to their affairs as each may reasonably request. The Investment Manager further agrees to furnish to the Fund, if applicable, the same such documents and information pertaining to any sub-adviser as the Fund may reasonably request.
