Notice to the Banks. The Administrative Agent shall give prompt telephonic or telecopy notice to each Bank of any notice from Borrower received pursuant to Section 2.5(a) above. The Administrative Agent shall give notice to Borrower and each Bank by like means of the interest rate applicable to each Borrowing of Eurodollar Loans.

Upon fulfillment of the applicable conditions set forth in Article VII and after receipt by the Agent of any such funds, and unless other payment instructions are provided by the Borrower, the Agent shall make such funds available to the Borrower by crediting the Borrower's Account with same day or immediately available funds on such Borrowing date.

Notice to the Banks. The Agent shall give prompt (but in any event by 12:00 Noon (Chicago time)) telephonic or telecopy notice to each of the Banks of any borrowing request received pursuant to Section 2.3(a) above and, if such notice requests the Banks to make Eurodollar Loans, the Agent shall give notice to the Borrower and each of the Banks by like means of the interest rate applicable thereto (but, if such notice is given by telephone, the Agent shall confirm such rate in writing) promptly after the Agent has made such determination.
