Notice to the Banks. The Agent shall give prompt telephonic or telecopy notice to each Bank of any notice from the Borrower received pursuant to Section 2.5(a) above. The Agent shall give notice to the Borrower and each Bank by like means of the interest rate applicable to each Borrowing of LIBOR Loans.
