Notice required for Maternity, Parental and Supplemental Leave. It is understood and agreed that an employee can give notice of request of all Leaves described in Sections (j), (k), and (l) at one time. Should the employee decide to return to work earlier than the maximum fifty-two (52) week leave, they shall be required to give four (4) weeks' notice of their intention to return to work.
