Notice of Municipality. The Seller is put on notice that the Buyer is a municipal corporation. As such, this Contract is subject to any applicable Federal, State and/or Local Laws, Statutes, Ordinances and Regulations as they apply to Buyer in the purchase of real property and the terms as agreed to herein.
