Common use of Notice of Mortgage Clause in Contracts

Notice of Mortgage. The Borrower shall procure that each Owner shall keep the Mortgage relative to its Ship registered against the Ship owned by it as a valid first preferred or, as the case may be, priority mortgage, carry on board that Ship a certified copy of that Mortgage and place and maintain in a conspicuous place in the navigation room and the Master’s cabin of that Ship a framed printed notice stating that that Ship is mortgaged by that Owner to the Security Trustee.

Notice of Mortgage. The Borrower shall procure that each Owner Each Guarantor shall keep the Mortgage relative to its Ship registered against the Ship owned by it as a valid first priority or preferred or, as the case may be, priority mortgage, carry on board that Ship a certified copy of that the Mortgage and place and maintain in a conspicuous place in the navigation room and the Master’s cabin of that Ship a framed printed notice stating that that such Ship is mortgaged by that Owner Guarantor to the Security Trustee.

The Borrower shall procure that each Each Owner Guarantor shall keep the Mortgage relative to its Ship registered against the Ship Vessel owned by it as a valid first preferred oror first priority mortgage, as the case may be, priority mortgage, carry on board that Ship Vessel a certified copy of that the Mortgage and place and maintain in a conspicuous place in the navigation room and the Master’s cabin of that Ship Vessel a framed laminated printed notice stating that that Ship such Vessel is mortgaged by that Owner Guarantor to the Security Trustee.

Notice of Mortgage. The Borrower shall procure that each Owner Each Guarantor shall keep the relevant Mortgage relative to its Ship registered recorded against the Ship owned by it as a valid first preferred or, as the case may be, priority mortgage, carry on board that Ship a certified copy of that the relevant Mortgage and place and maintain in a conspicuous place in the navigation room and the Mastermaster’s cabin of that Ship a framed printed notice stating that that Ship is mortgaged by that Owner Guarantor to the Security Trustee.

The Borrower shall procure that each Owner Corporate Guarantor shall keep the Mortgage relative to its Ship registered against the Ship owned by it as a valid first preferred or, as the case may be, priority mortgage, carry on board that the Ship a certified copy of that the relevant Mortgage and place and maintain in a conspicuous place in the navigation room and the Master’s 's cabin of that the Ship a framed printed notice stating that that the Ship is mortgaged by that Owner the Corporate Guarantor to the Security TrusteeLenders.

The Borrower shall procure that each Owner Guarantor shall keep the relevant Mortgage relative to its Ship registered against the Ship owned by it as a valid first preferred or, as the case may be, priority mortgage, carry on board that Ship a certified copy of that the relevant Mortgage and place and maintain in a conspicuous place in the navigation room and the Master’s cabin of that Ship a framed printed notice stating that that Ship is mortgaged by that Owner the relevant Guarantor to the Security Trustee.; and

The Borrower shall procure that each Each Owner shall (in the case of any Ships owned by that Owner) keep the each Mortgage relative to its Ship registered against the relevant Ship owned by it as a valid first preferred or, as the case may be, priority mortgage, carry on board that each Ship a certified copy of that the relevant Mortgage and place and maintain in a conspicuous place in the navigation room and the Master’s cabin of that each Ship a framed printed notice stating that that Ship is mortgaged by that the relevant Owner to the Security Trustee.

The Borrower shall procure that each Owner Each Shipowner shall keep the Mortgage relative to its Ship registered against the Ship owned by it as a valid first priority or preferred or, as the case may be, priority mortgage, carry on board that Ship a certified copy of that the Mortgage and place and maintain in a conspicuous place in the navigation room and the Master’s master's cabin of that Ship a framed printed notice stating that that such Ship is mortgaged by that Owner Shipowner to the Common Security TrusteeAgent or relevant Existing Security Agent, as applicable.

The Borrower shall procure that each Owner Each Collateral Guarantor shall keep the relevant Mortgage relative to its Ship registered against the Ship owned by it as a valid first priority or preferred or, as the case may be, priority mortgage, carry on board that Ship a certified copy of that the relevant Mortgage and place and maintain in a conspicuous place in the navigation room and the Master’s master's cabin of that Ship a framed printed notice stating that that Ship is mortgaged by that Owner Collateral Guarantor to the Security TrusteeAgent.
