Notice of Any Amendments. The Issuer shall give notice after providing such notice, to the 17g-5 Information Provider for prior posting on the 17g-5 Website, to each Rating Agency of, and satisfy the Rating Agency Condition with respect to each Rating Agency with respect to, any amendments to its Governing Documents.
