Not Exceed Floor Loads. Place a load on any floor in the Premises, or in any area of the Building, exceeding the floor load per square foot which such floor was designated to carry; or install, operate or maintain therein any heavy item or equipment except in such manner as to achieve a proper distribution of weight.
