Nonpayment of Rent Sample Clauses

Nonpayment of Rent. Failure to pay any installment of rent or any other sum due and payable hereunder upon the date when such payment is due, such failure continuing for a period of five (5) days after written notice of such failure; provided, however, that Landlord shall not be required to provide such notice more than twice during any consecutive twelve (12) months with respect to non-payment of any portion of rent, the third such non-payment during any consecutive twelve (12) months constituting an event of default without requirement of notice.
