Nonforfeitability of Accrued Pension upon Plan Termination. Upon the complete discontinuance of Employer Contributions, inclusive of Salary-Reduction Contributions, to the Plan or upon termination or partial termination of the Plan, each Participant will have a nonforfeitable right to the entire amount of his Account. Upon such discontinuance or termination without the establishment of another defined contribution plan other than an employee stock ownership plan (as defined in Code section 4975(g) or Code section 409) or a simplified employee pension plan (as defined in Code section 408(k)), each Participant's Account will be distributed in a manner which is consistent with and satisfies the provisions of this Plan regarding distributions. Except as permitted by Regulations, the termination of this Plan will not result in the reduction of Code section 411(d)(6) protected benefits.
