Trustee’s Compensation. The Trustee shall be entitled to the compensation set forth in the letter agreement between the Purchasers and the Trustee dated as of September 18, 2018, as may be amended from time to time.
Trustee’s Compensation. The Trustee shall be entitled to the compensation pursuant the terms of the Master Agreement and any supplement or order form entered into by the parties in connection thereto related to the VRDP Shares, as such agreement and supplement may be amended or modified from time to time.
Trustee’s Compensation. Section 8.1. The Trustee shall be entitled to such reasonable compensation for its services as is agreed upon with the Company. If approved by the Plan Administrator, the Trustee shall also be entitled to reimbursement for all direct expenses property and actually incurred on behalf of the Plan. Such compensation or reimbursement shall be paid to the Trustee out of the Fund unless paid directly by the Company.
Trustee’s Compensation. The Trustee shall be entitled to the compensation set forth in the letter agreement among PFC, Blue Ridge and the Trustee dated as of April 1, 2014, as may be amended from time to time.
Trustee’s Compensation. Trustee shall serve in his capacity as Trustee without compensation of any kind except that his expenses lawfully incurred in the administration of his duties as Trustee shall be reimbursed to him by the Company. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Trustee or any of his successors may not serve the Company or any of its affiliates as a director, employee or officer but may serve in any other capacity, and in such capacity may receive compensation from the Company.
Trustee’s Compensation. The Trustee shall be entitled to the compensation set forth in the Letter Agreement.
Trustee’s Compensation. Section 6.1 The Trustee hereby waives any commission or fees for the performance of its obligations as Trustee under this Agreement.
Trustee’s Compensation. Except as otherwise provided by law, the Trustees shall be entitled to no additional compensation for management and supervision of the funds or for fulfilling their responsibilities as Trustees hereunder, although they shall be reimbursed for their actual and necessary expenses.
Trustee’s Compensation. The Trustee shall be entitled to such reasonable compensation for services rendered as mutually agreed upon in writing with the Company, and shall be reimbursed for all reasonable expenses (except those arising from a breach of fiduciary duty) incurred by the Trustee as a result of the performance of its duties hereunder, including, but not limited to, legal and accounting expenses incurred as a result of disbursements and payments made by the Trustee, and reasonable compensation for agents, counsel or other services rendered to the Trustee by third parties, and expenses incident thereto. Any such compensation, and reimbursement for any such expenses shall be paid by the Trust Fund to the Trustee, unless paid by the Company.
Trustee’s Compensation. The Trustee shall serve as Trustee without compensation or expense reimbursement of any kind.
