Non Speech Credentialed. Speech Teachers hired after July 1, 2009 and beyond will remain on the Teacher Salary Schedule, until fully credentialed in Speech Pathology.

Credential One point for proper credential authorization to teach the subject.
Credentials The names and credentials of the individuals who: (1) designed the statistical sampling procedures and the review methodology utilized for the Claims Review and (2) performed the Claims Review.
Credentialing The Provider will maintain written documentation confirming that each individual providing services under this agreement has and maintains the requisite credentials. Training a. The employer, in consultation with the local, shall be responsible for developing and implementing an ongoing harassment and sexual harassment awareness program for all employees. Where a program currently exists and meets the criteria listed in this agreement, such a program shall be deemed to satisfy the provisions of this article. This awareness program shall initially be for all employees and shall be scheduled at least once annually for all new employees to attend.
Contractor’s Staff 1. The Contractor shall maintain adequate staff to meet the Contractor’s obligations under this Agreement.
Patient Care Resident shall participate in safe, effective, and compassionate patient care, under supervision, commensurate with Resident's level of advancement and responsibility.
