Non-Mandated Time. Not Time For Calculating Overtime Hours used by employees for all paid and unpaid leaves, educational and other programs not mandated by the Employer, hours related to maintaining certification and licensure, holidays, and all time used by employees not specifically directed by Inspira, bona fide volunteer hours, and other hours specifically excluded in this Agreement shall not count as hours worked for the purpose of overtime pay except as otherwise provided for in this Agreement.

Related to Non-Mandated Time

  • Banked Time Overtime & Time Balancing Overtime is earned when the Company requests an employee to work overtime. Banked straight time is earned when an employee requests approval to work additional hours for the purpose of accruing time for time balancing purposes, there is an operational requirement for the work to be done, and the Manager approves the banked straight time in advance. Employees shall have the choice of having their authorized overtime paid out or accrued as per Articles 21.02 and 21.03 in a renewable time bank, subject to the following conditions:

  • Extended Time Teachers, including but not limited to counselors, special education building coordinators, and library media specialists, who are assigned extended time beyond the school year to complete their regular school year duties will be paid on a pro-rata basis from the applicable salary schedule.

  • Turnaround Time The number of hours between scheduled shifts shall not be less than seven and one-half (7-1/2) hours. Violations shall be compensated at the rate of time and one-half for all hours worked on the shift following the hours of rest.

  • Lunch Time The “duty free” lunch time for assistants will be the same length as the building lunch time for students provided that the lunch is no less than thirty (30) minutes in length.

  • Part-Time Commitment The Hospital shall not refuse to accept an offer from an employee to make a written commitment to be available for work on a regular predetermined basis solely for the purpose of utilizing casual employees so as to restrict the numbers of regular part-time employees.

  • Part-Time Teachers A "part-time teacher" is one who is employed under written contract but who is assigned to duties on a regular basis that requires less than a full-time equivalent. A part-time teacher shall be paid a salary in accordance with the basic salary schedule, proportionate to the percentage of the full-time equivalent taught each day as outlined in the written contract.

  • Project Time As defined herein, this is the time within which the Contractor shall complete all Work contracted for under this Contract as indicated in a fully authorized Service Work Order pursuant to the Service Work Order Process provision set forth in this Contract.

  • TASK ORDER PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE ‌ The period of performance for each Order placed under the Master Contract shall be specified in the individual Order. All the following conditions apply:

  • Part-Time An employee who is employed less than thirty (30) hours per week.

  • Part-Time Employees (a) A part-time employee is an employee who is engaged to work less than an average of 38 ordinary hours per week and whose hours of work are reasonably predictable.
