In the event of the Judicial Council's suspension of the Work, the Project Time shall be equitably adjusted.
Unless specifically stated in a Work Order, the Judicial Council may use and occupy any buildings or facilities that are part of the Project during the Project Time and the Judicial Council’s use or occupancy shall not constitute final acceptance or approval of any part of the Project covered by this Contract, nor shall the Judicial Council’s use or occupancy extend the date specified for completion of the Project.
