Project Time definition

Project Time. The maximum time indicated in a Service Work Order for Contractor to complete all the Work of a particular Service Work Order.
Project Time means the period from the Notice from the Client to the Project Manager to proceed with the Services until the delivery of the Services has been completed but in no case longer than two years beyond the date that the Project is ready for use or is being used for the purpose intended unless mutually agreed otherwise by the Client and the Project Manager.

Examples of Project Time in a sentence

  • In the event of the Judicial Council's suspension of the Work, the Project Time shall be equitably adjusted.

  • Unless specifically stated in a Work Order, the Judicial Council may use and occupy any buildings or facilities that are part of the Project during the Project Time and the Judicial Council’s use or occupancy shall not constitute final acceptance or approval of any part of the Project covered by this Contract, nor shall the Judicial Council’s use or occupancy extend the date specified for completion of the Project.

  • The projected time schedule for the performance of the services under this Agreement shall be as set forth on the attached Schedule 3 – Project Time Schedule.

  • The Construction Manager will provide an estimate of the cost of the Change and the impact the Change will have on the Project Time Schedule to the Owner.

  • Within five (5) business days of approval of this Service Work Order by both Parties, Contractor shall submit a construction schedule to the Judicial Council that must be consistent with the Project Time (“Construction Schedule”).

  • Update the Project Time Schedule, at intervals required by the Owner, incorporating a detailed schedule for the construction operations of the Project, including realistic activity sequences and durations, allocation of labor and materials, processing of shop drawings and samples, and delivery of products requiring long lead-time procurement.

  • The Tenderer is required to submit a Project Time Schedule as stated in Clause along with the Tender.

  • Develop a Project Time Schedule that coordinates and integrates the Architect's/Engineer's design efforts with construction schedules.

  • The Board shall be entitled to resolve to prolong the Special Project Time Period to the extent the Board deems necessary in order for the Board to evaluate the Special Project.

  • In connection with such escalation, the Senior Representatives shall also determine the impact a delay on the execution of the Project SOW has had on the Project Time Schedule, if any, and whether any modifications to the Project Time Schedule are reasonably required due to such delay.
