Non-Inducement. I will not directly or indirectly assist or encourage any person or entity in carrying out or conducting any activity that would be prohibited by this Agreement if such activity were carried out or conducted by me.
Non-Inducement. Employee agrees that during the Employment Period and for a one-year period immediately following the termination of his employment with the Company, he shall not directly or indirectly, individually or on behalf of persons not parties to this Agreement, aid or endeavor to solicit or induce any of the Company's employees to leave their employment with the Company in order to accept employment with Employee or another person, partnership, corporation or other entity.

The Executive agrees that he shall not during the Non-Compete Period, for any reason whatsoever, directly or indirectly, (i) team or join with other employees of the Company who were employees of the Company or any of its subsidiaries or affiliates during the 12 months prior to the date of termination of the Executive’s employment with the Company in any business like or related to the offshore drilling business or liftboat business (or any other business in which the Company or any of its Affiliates is then engaged) or (ii) cause, induce or encourage any customer of the Company or any of its Affiliates to terminate or change adversely any business relationship with the Company or any of its subsidiaries or affiliates.

Employee agrees that during the term of his or her employment and for one year following the Employee’s termination of employment, Employee will not directly or indirectly assist or encourage any Person or entity in carrying out any activity that would be prohibited by the provisions of this Agreement if such activity were carried out by Employee.
Non-Inducement. Executive hereby agrees that for a period commencing with the Date of Termination and ending on the second anniversary of the Date of Termination, Executive shall not induce, or attempt to influence, any employee of the Company who reports either directly to the Company's Chief Executive Officer or to another employee who reports directly to the Company's Chief Executive Officer, to terminate his employment with the Company.

Employee agrees that during the term of his employment and for the one year period following the termination, he will not directly or indirectly assist or encourage any person or entity in carrying out any activity that would be prohibited by the provisions of this Section 8 if such activity were carried out by Employee. Employee also specifically agrees that he will not directly or indirectly induce any other employee to leave the employ of Employer or to carry out, directly or indirectly, any such activity; provided, however, that Employer shall not be in violation of this provision if an employee decides to join the new employer of Employee if Employee did not intentionally direct or solicit such employee to leave.

Employee agrees that during and after his employment, he will not directly or indirectly assist or encourage any person or entity in carrying out any activity that would be prohibited by the provisions of this Section 7 if such activity were carried out by Employee. Employee also specifically agrees that he will not directly or indirectly induce any other employee of Employer to leave the employ of Employer or to carry out, directly or indirectly, any such activity that would be prohibited by the provisions of this Section 7 if such activity were carried out by Employee.

Employee agrees that for the period Employee is employed by the Company (whether during the Term or after the Term ends) and for a two-year period immediately following the termination of Employee's employment with the Company for any reason whatsoever, Employee shall not directly or indirectly, individually or on behalf of persons not parties to this Agreement, aid or endeavor to solicit or induce any of the Company's employees to leave their employment with the Company in order to accept employment with Employee or another person, partnership, corporation or other entity.
