No Rights in the Study Drug. Neither the Institution nor the Investigators, including their employees or agents, shall acquire any rights of any kind whatsoever with respect to the Study Drug or any related Confidential Information as a result of performance under this Agreement or otherwise. No rights granted herein shall restrict Sponsor in the use, manufacture or sales of Study Drug. 9.4
