No Right, Title or Interest. No employer association, Union, Local Union, Employer, Employee or Beneficiary shall have any right, title or interest in or to assets of the Trust or any part thereof, including, without limitation any reserves of the Trust. No distribution of any of the assets of the Trust, including without limitation, Trust reserves, shall be made to any employer association, Union, Local Union or Employer as a result of the employer association’s, Union’s, Local Union's or Employer’s withdrawal from or cessation of participation in the Trust or for any other purpose or reason.

Foundation and Benefactor further understand that they have not obtained any right, title or interest in the IP, other than the right to use the Logo and the Content in accordance with this Agreement.

Xxxxxxxxx agrees that it shall not obtain any right, title, or interest in any Materials hauled by Subhauler or its Assistants, and that as a transporter of Materials it shall not be entitled to assert any lien, stop payment notice, or payment bond claim regarding any Materials or any construction project, and Subhauler shall refrain from making any such claim, and shall promptly satisfy and cause to be removed any such claim by an employee or Assistant of Subhauler. In the event Subhauler fails to cause any such claim or demand to be removed from the Materials or project, Xxxxxxxxx agrees to reimburse Prime Carrier for all damages, costs, and expenses, including attorney’s fees, in the removal of such lien, stop payment notice, or payment bond claim.
