  • No Pyramiding Compensation shall not be paid more than once for the same hours under any provision of this Article or Agreement.

  • Pyramiding There shall be no pyramiding of overtime pay, sick pay, holiday pay or any other premium pay. If more than one of the aforesaid are applicable, compensation shall be computed on the basis giving the greatest amount.

  • Compounding and Crediting The frequency with which dividends will be compounded and credited is set forth above. The “Quarter” begins on the first calendar day of the quarter and ends on the last calendar day of the quarter.

  • DIVIDEND COMPOUNDING AND CREDITING Dividends will be compounded quarterly and credited on the first day of the following quarter and the dividend period is quarterly.   • JOC - PRICING OF After Hours Coefficient What is your after hours coefficient for the RS Means Price Book for work performed after normal working hours? (FAILURE TO RESPOND PROHIBITS PART 2 JOC EVALUATION) Remember that this is a ceiling price proposed. You can discount to any TIPS Member customer a lower coefficient than your proposed contract coefficient, but not higher. This is one of three pricing questions that are required for consideration for award on this solicitation. Please consider your answer carefully. An explanation of the TIPS scoring of pricing titled "Pricing Coefficient Instruction" is included in the attachments for your information. The below is an EXAMPLE of how the pricing model works (It is not intended to influence your proposed coefficient, you should propose a coefficient that you determine is reasonable for your business for the life of the contract): The most common after hours coefficient is time and a half of the RS Means Unit Price Book prices.   • Overtime Premium and No Pyramiding Subject to any superior conditions, the overtime rate shall be time and one-half (1-1/2) the employee's straight-time hourly rate. Where an employee is required to work additional overtime contiguous to an overtime shift within a twenty-four (24) hour period, the employee will be compensated at the rate of double time his or her straight time hourly rate for all additional contiguous overtime hours worked. Overtime premium will not be duplicated nor pyramided nor shall other premiums be duplicated nor pyramided nor shall the same hours worked be counted as part of the normal work week and also as hours for which the overtime premium is paid.

  • Preceptor Differential The Hospital shall pay a differential of $1.50 per hour to a nurse who is designated by nursing management to serve as a preceptor to provide on-the-job training to newly hired nurses. One differential will be paid per shift per orientee to the primary preceptor for all hours served as the primary preceptor for that shift. Preceptor will only be paid while the newly hired nurse is in a one-to-one status. Preceptor is a voluntary assignment and the nurse has the option to refuse the preceptor assignment.
