Common use of NO OTHER ORGANIZATION Clause in Contracts

NO OTHER ORGANIZATION. From the date of the signing of this Agreement and for its duration, no employee organization other than the Union shall be permitted to have membership dues or other monies deducted by the Employer. An exception may be made for employees who have accepted part-time positions within North Island College Faculty Association in which case North Island College Faculty Association may require deduction of dues.
