No liability for loss or damage to Lessee's equipment or structures. In the event that Lessee's equipment or structures installed on the Premises are damaged in any way, irrespective of the cause, County shall not be liable therefore and Lessee shall have no claim or right against County for the costs of repair or replacement. This clause is intended as a complete release of liability in favor of County, including without limitation all claims whether known or unknown, liquidated or unliquidated, contingent or absolute. Lessee has knowledge of and understands the terms and effect of California Civil Code Section 1542, and voluntarily waives the benefit of the terms of that statute.
