No Discrimination to Union. No member or non-member of the Association shall be discriminated against, interfered with, restrained or coerced by the Board, agents of the Board or the Administration for any purpose or in any respect by reason of membership or non-membership in the Association or for participation in negotiations, grievances, legal or quasi-judicial proceedings or organizational endeavors.
