ARTICLE NO DISCRIMINATION. The Employer and the Union agree that there shall be no discrimination, interference, restriction or coercion exercised or practised by either of them or any of their representatives with respect to any employee because of membership or non membership or activity or lack of activity in the Union.
ARTICLE NO DISCRIMINATION. The Authority and the Union agree that there will be no discrimination against any employee because of race, colour, religion, sex, national origin, ethnic origin, age, marital status, citizenship, family status, sexual orientation, or the presence of a non- job related medical condition or handicap or because of his membership in the Union or any other Union.
ARTICLE NO DISCRIMINATION. The Board and the Union agree that there shall be no discrimination, interference, restriction or coercion exercised or practiced with respect to any employees in the matter of hiring, wage rates, training, upgrading, promotion, transfer, lay-off, re-call, discipline, discharge for any reason prohibited by the Ontario Human Rights Code, nor by reason of their membership or activity, or non-membership or non-activity in the Union. In addition, the Board and the Union specifically acknowledge their obligation to accommodate handicapped employees as required by the Human Rights Code of Ontario. The Employer will not enter into private agreement with an employee in the bargaining unit, the terms of which are contrary to any terms of this Agreement, unless mutually agreed by the Union and the Board.
ARTICLE NO DISCRIMINATION. The parties agree that there be no discrimination, interference, restraint, or coercion or intimidation exercised or practiced by either of them or their representatives of members, because of an employee's membership or non-membership in the Union or because of her activity or lack of activity in the Union. The Union further agrees that they will not conduct Union business either on the premises of the Society or at such location where services are being provided by employees, except as specifically permitted by this Agreement or as specifically authorized in writing by the Society. The Society, Union, and employees agree that they shall all abide by the provisions of the Ontario Human Rights Code and the Employment Standards Act.
ARTICLE NO DISCRIMINATION. There shall be no discrimination by the Employer, the Union, its officers or officials, or any employee against any person on the basis of race, creed, colour, national origin, religion, political affiliation, age, sex, marital status or family relationship, in accordance with the Human Rights Code, and there shall be no intimidation, coercion or discrimination against any employee because of membership or non-membership in any lawful union, association or labour organizations.
ARTICLE NO DISCRIMINATION. There shall be no discrimination, interference, restriction, coercion, harassment, intimidation, or any disciplinary action exercised or practiced with respect to an Employee by reason of age, race, creed, colour, national origin, religious affiliation, sex, sexual orientation, family status, mental or physical disability, or membership, or activity in the Union. Any level in the Grievance Procedure shall be waived if a person hearing the grievance is the subject of the complaint, but no other level shall be waived by mutual agreement.
ARTICLE NO DISCRIMINATION. The Union and the Division agree that there shall be no discrimination as defined in the Manitoba Human Rights Code, nor by reason of membership or in the Union.

The Employer agrees that there shall be no discrimination, interference, restriction, or coercion exercised or practised with respect to any employee in the matter of hiring, wage rates, training, upgrading, promotion, transfer, layoff, recall, discipline, discharge, membership or activity in the Union, political or religious affiliation, race, creed, colour, handicapped, sex, sexual orientation, age or marital status. The Employer also agrees to abide by applicable legislation governing any employee in the Province of Ontario and/or under the Canada Labour Code.
ARTICLE NO DISCRIMINATION. The parties hereto agree that there shall be no discrimination, harassment, coercion or interference exercised or practiced with respect to any employee by reason of age, sex, marital status, sexual orientation, race, creed, colour, ethnic or national origin, political or religious affiliation or membership in the Union or activities in the Union.
ARTICLE NO DISCRIMINATION. The Company and the Union recognize the provisions as outlined in the Ontario Human Rights Code, which prohibits discriminationwith respect to employment because of race, ancestry, place of origin, colour, ethnic origin, citizenship, creed, sex, sexual orientation, age, record of offenses, marital status, family status or handicap. The parties also agree that employees shall not be discriminated against because of political or by reason of Union membership or activity.
