No Approval of Work. The making of any Loan shall not be deemed an approval or acceptance by the Administrative Agent or the Lenders of any work, labor, supplies, materials or equipment furnished or supplied with respect to the Project.
No Approval of Work. The making of any Advance shall not be deemed an approval or acceptance by the Disbursement Agent, any Funding Agent, any Lender or the Construction Consultant (except to the extent set forth in the Construction Consultant Engagement Letter, and then only for the benefit of the Lenders) of any work, labor, supplies, materials or equipment furnished or supplied with respect to the Project.

None of (x) the signing of any FFB Advance Request Approval Notice by DOE, (y) DOE’s forwarding any FFB Advance Request Approval Notice, FFB Advance Request or Advance Notice to FFB or (z) the making of any Advance under the Loan Documents shall be deemed an approval or acceptance by any Secured Party of any work, labor, supplies, materials or equipment furnished or supplied with respect to the Project.
No Approval of Work. No Disbursement authorized hereunder shall constitute an approval or acceptance by TDF of the work theretofore done in connection with the Project. or a waiver of any of the conditions of TDF's obligation to make or authorize further Disbursements, nor, in the event the Company is unable to satisfy any such condition, shall any such failure to insist upon compliance have the effect of precluding TDF from thereafter declaring such inability to be an Event of Default as herein provided, it being agreed that any Disbursement made or authorized by TDF in the absence of strict compliance with any or all of the conditions of TDF's obligation to make or authorize such Disbursement shall be deemed to have been made pursuant to this Agreement and not in modification of the terms hereof, unless TDF has specifically waived any such condition or approved a deviation therefrom.

No Disbursement authorized hereunder shall constitute an approval or acceptance by the Bank of the work theretofore done in connection with the Project or a waiver of any of the conditions of the Bank's obligation to make or authorize further Disbursements, nor, in the event the Company is unable to satisfy any such condition, shall any such failure to insist upon compliance have the effect of precluding the Bank from thereafter declaring such inability to be an Event of Default as herein provided, it being agreed that any Disbursement made or authorized by the Bank in the absence of strict compliance with any or all of the conditions of the Bank's obligation to make or authorize such Disbursement shall be deemed to have been made pursuant to this Agreement and not in modification of the terms hereof, unless the Bank has specifically waived any such condition or approved a deviation therefrom.

The making of any Advance under the Loan Documents shall not be deemed to constitute approval or acceptance by any Credit Party of any work, labor, supplies, materials or equipment furnished or supplied with respect to the Project in respect of any provision in the Loan Documents pursuant to which a Credit Party has the right or obligation to provide such approval or acceptance.
No Approval of Work. The making of any Drawdown or the issuance of a Lending Confirmation Notice shall not be deemed an approval or acceptance by any Lenders or the Facility Agent of any work, labour, supplies, materials or equipment furnished or supplied with respect to the Project.
No Approval of Work. The making of any LOC Loan hereunder shall not be deemed an approval or acceptance by the L/C Facility Agent or the Letter of Credit Banks of any work, labor, supplies, materials or equipment furnished or supplied with respect to the Project.
