No Approval of Work. None of (x) the signing of any FFB Advance Request Approval Notice by DOE, (y) DOE’s forwarding any FFB Advance Request Approval Notice, FFB Advance Request or Advance Notice to FFB or (z) the making of any Advance under the Loan Documents shall be deemed an approval or acceptance by any Secured Party of any work, labor, supplies, materials or equipment furnished or supplied with respect to the Project.
