Newsletter Templates. Ther are different Newsletter templates available for the use of the Loyalty Merchant. Once any template is selected, the following contents of the template are completed automat- ically: • Logo • Editor/legal notice/copyright: company name, registered offices of the Loyalty MerchantDepending on what additional information is captured: Icon and link to Loyalty Merchant’s own Facebook fan page/Twitter/Google+ • Link to the Loyalty Merchant’s own website The Loyalty Merchant is free to decide the contents of the Newsletter. Lyoness is not mentioned in the Newsletter templates. The Loyalty Merchant can define three different recipient groups to whom the Newsletters are to be sent. Either all customers can be stored in these groups or limited recipient groups. The limitations of the Newsletter recipients can be filtered according to place of residence, birthday in xx weeks, amount of sales in a specific period, frequency of sales in a specific period, etc. So it quite simple, for example, to send a Newletter to all active customers of the Loyalty Merchant who have purchased something from the Loyalty Merchant at least 5 times within the last 6 months. Once the Loyalty Merchant has created the Newsletter, its sends it to its desired and previously defined target group.
