Newly Created Territories. A newly created territory is one that, at the time of its creation, is composed primarily of inactive accounts and/or prospective new accounts. For the first three months of the existence of the newly created territory, the individual monthly revenue goal shall be set by the Company based upon the criteria of past history, if any, and reasonable expectations. After the first six (6) months, the setting of the individual period and quarterly revenue goals shall be in accordance with paragraph (g) above.

Newly Created Territories. A newly created territory is one that, at the time of its creation, is composed primarily of inactive accounts and/or prospective new accounts. For the first three months of the existence of the newly created territory, the individual monthly revenue goal shall be set by the Company based upon the criteria of past history, if any, and reasonable expectations. After the first three months, and for the next twenty-one months, the formula for setting the individual monthly revenue goal shall be the average monthly revenue of the prior three months in the newly created territory plus the department’s planned percentage revenue increase or decrease adjusted for any catastrophic losses, any windfall gains, and reasonable expectations for the new accounts. After a newly created territory has been in existence for twenty-four (24) months, the setting of the individual monthly revenue goal shall be in accordance with paragraph (2) above.
