Common use of New Employee Introduction Clause in Contracts

New Employee Introduction. The Company agrees to allow a Union representative one (1) hour of time during new employee basic training, and without the presence of management, in which to address the new employees on various aspects of the Union and the collective agreement. The Union representative will be selected by the Union and the one (1) hour of time will be absorbed by the Company on a lost time basis. Any additional time required will be as provided for in Article 18.03.05.
