NEGOTIATION AND GRIEVANCE COMMITTEE. 3.01 The Union shall have the right to appoint one (1) bargaining unit employee as a member of the bargaining committee and/or grievance committee. The bargaining unit employee shall have the privilege of attending committee meetings held within the employee’s working hours without loss of remuneration.
