Common use of Negotiating/Labor Management Teams Clause in Contracts

Negotiating/Labor Management Teams. The negotiating/labor management teams shall consist of no more than eight (8) bargaining unit employees. These employees shall be allowed to attend all negotiating/labor management sessions that occur during their regular working hours without loss of pay or benefits, except that the team members who are employed at school locations during the summer shall not be absent for more than two (2) days of summer work for these purposes. Nothing in this section is intended to pay team members overtime pay for participation on these teams.
