Necessary Conditions and Prerequisites for Opening an Account. Any natural person aged at least eighteen (18) years who is legally capable, and any legal person, resident and/or registered in a Member State of the European Union or in a State party to the Agreement on the European Economic Area or in a third country imposing equivalent obligations regarding the fight against money laundering and the financing of terrorism, may submit an application to open an Account provided that the natural person is listed on the Website as a consumer or as a professional. A legal person can only be listed as a professional. Upon submission of the Account Holder’s application for registration to the Platform and throughout the duration of the Framework Agreement, the Account Holder declares: - that they are at least eighteen (18) years of age and legally capable, or that they are duly constituted as a company, - that they are acting on their own behalf; - that all the information provided at the time of registration is true, accurate and up to date.

Contractor shall furnish a twenty-four (24) hour phone number in the event of such an emergency.

  • Existing Conditions Tenant accepts the Property in its condition as of the execution of the Lease, subject to all recorded matters, laws, ordinances, and governmental regulations and orders.
