MRV Intranet. Through the Effective Date (or such other date as Optical Access and MRV may mutually agree), MRV shall make its intranet site available to Optical Access Employees on substantially the same terms as such intranet site is made available to MRV
MRV Intranet. Through the Distribution Date (or such other date as Luminent and MRV may mutually agree), MRV shall make its intranet site available to Luminent Employees on substantially the same terms as such intranet site is made available to MRV Employees. Luminent shall reimburse MRV for any and all costs and expenses related to making its intranet site available to Luminent Employees, subject to the Master Transitional Services Agreement. MRV and Luminent shall use their commercially reasonable best efforts to mutually agree on the appropriate methods by which Luminent shall establish its own intranet site. Tax Cooperation. In connection with the interpretation and administration of this Agreement, MRV and Luminent shall take into account the agreements and policies established pursuant to the 34 Separation Agreement and the parties' intent to qualify the Distribution as a tax-free reorganization under Code Sections 355 and 368(a)(1)(D)

  • Websites Websites created through the Network and/or linked with the School District’s official website must relate specifically to District-sanctioned activities, programs or events. Websites created using the Network or the School District’s equipment, or websites created as part of a classroom or club assignment or activity are the sole and exclusive property of the School District in perpetuity without any ownership rights existing in the page creator(s). We have no duty to you to edit, censor, review or take any responsibility for any information you or your guests may create, place on the internet, or view. You shall not use the internet we provide to engage in any criminal, illegal or unauthorized activity and any such use is a default of this Lease. Any violation of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA") is a breach of this Lease. You shall not attempt to degrade the performance of the internet service or hamper the ability of others to use the internet. You shall not use rogue devices, including wireless routers or modems, or take any measurers to interfere with our internet systems by configuring devices connected to our network so that they can communicate on our network using the internet protocol. Your use of the internet is at your sole risk and we are not responsible for your equipment, programs or software. Although we strive to provide superior internet service and sufficient bandwidth to our residents, we are not responsible for slow internet or other residents taking up significant bandwidth. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO INTERRUPT YOUR INTERNET SERVICE IN RESPONSE TO A BREACH OF THIS LEASE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO A FAILURE TO PAY RENT OR A VIOLATION OF THIS PARAGRAPH 6.
