Plaintiff will inform the Court in the Xxxxxx Action 19 that the pending settlement on behalf of a nationwide class for which approval will be 20 sought would include full and final resolution of the Xxxxxx Action, and will seek a formal 21 stay or similar administrative relief if required by the Court. Within five (5) days following 22 the Effective Date, Plaintiff in the Xxxxxx Action and the Safeway Defendants will file a 23 stipulation directing the Clerk to dismiss the Xxxxxx Action in its entirety, with prejudice, 24 pursuant to Northern District of California Civil Local Rule 77-2(c).
