  • Other Activities/Renovations A. The Contractor acknowledges its responsibility to assure the Judicial Council’s quiet enjoyment of the Program and to provide the full service level of the Property for the Program, free from outside distractions, disturbances, and/or interruptions. The Contractor shall avoid assigning any rooms to the Judicial Council or the Attendees during the Program which are adjacent to or across from any group or activity that may generate noise or other distractions, such as construction or other conduct, sufficient to detract from quiet enjoyment of the Program on the Property.

  • Association Activities The parties agree employees shall have the right to form, join, and participate in the lawful activities of the Association for the purpose of representation in matters of employment relations.   • Marketing Activities The Borrower will not, and will not permit any of its Subsidiaries to, engage in marketing activities for any Hydrocarbons or enter into any contracts related thereto other than (i) contracts for the sale of Hydrocarbons scheduled or reasonably estimated to be produced from their proved Oil and Gas Properties during the period of such contract, (ii) contracts for the sale of Hydrocarbons scheduled or reasonably estimated to be produced from proved Oil and Gas Properties of third parties during the period of such contract associated with the Oil and Gas Properties of the Borrower and its Subsidiaries that the Borrower or one of its Subsidiaries has the right to market pursuant to joint operating agreements, unitization agreements or other similar contracts that are usual and customary in the oil and gas business and (iii) other contracts for the purchase and/or sale of Hydrocarbons of third parties (A) which have generally offsetting provisions (i.e. corresponding pricing mechanics, delivery dates and points and volumes) such that no “position” is taken and (B) for which appropriate credit support has been taken to alleviate the material credit risks of the counterparty thereto.

  • High Risk Activities 1. The Software is not fault-tolerant and is not designed, manufactured or intended for use or resale as on-line control equipment in hazardous environments requiring fail-safe performance, such as in the operation of nuclear facilities, aircraft navigation or communication systems, air traffic control, direct life support machines, or weapons systems, in which the failure of the Software could lead directly to death, personal injury, or severe physical or environmental damage ("High Risk Activities"). Syncro and its suppliers specifically disclaim any express or implied warranty of fitness for High Risk Activities.

  • Constraints The Joint Committee on Benefits will not make any changes to the plan provisions that would increase the costs of health and welfare benefits or disability benefits for individual employers or reduce plan provisions without the agreement of the Parties to this Agreement. The Joint Committee shall be authorized to determine appropriate use of the Article 9.1.3 savings from the 1998-2001 agreement (in the amount of $71,849) and to allocate the funds to that use.

  • Recruitment Through Jobcentre Plus 5.1 One of the key objectives of the Department for Work and Pensions is to move people from welfare into work. DWP has a Great Britain-wide network of Jobcentre Plus offices that provide job broking services for unemployed people. The Contractor is therefore required to notify Jobcentre Plus when recruiting staff for any entry-level job vacancies located within Great Britain, which may arise from the delivery of their contract to the Authority.

  • Monitoring Activities The Cheyenne MPO shall have the right to monitor all activities related to this Agreement that are performed by the Consultant or its subconsultants. This shall include, but not be limited to, the right to make site inspections at any time and with reasonable notice; to bring experts and consultants on site to examine or evaluate completed work or work in progress; to examine the books, ledgers, documents, papers, and records pertinent to this Agreement; and to observe personnel in every phase of performance of the related work.

  • Activities Conducted Abroad The Subrecipient hereby acknowledges and agrees that it must ensure that project activities carried on outside the United States are coordinated as necessary with appropriate government authorities and that appropriate licenses, permits, or approvals are obtained.
