Association activities. ' means activities initiated by the associations for the benefit of its own members. This does not include services to third parties.

Examples of Association activities in a sentence

  • Association activities at a park may not conflict with park resources or objectives, shall comply with all applicable statutes, rules and regulations, and shall be subject to prior approval of the director.

  • If, in the opinion of the principal or the immediate supervisor of the Association member, such Association activity is interfering with classroom activities or assigned duties, such Association activities must be discontinued immediately.

  • The Association will be given time on the agenda of the orientation program for new teachers for announcements of Association activities.

  • However, it is recognized that from time to time it will be necessary for Association activities to be carried on during the working hours of the Executive Board officer for the processing of written grievances and the representation of Association members.

  • The Association will submit to the Superintendent a tentative calendar and names of representatives for Association activities by September 15th of the contract year.

  • Upon return to duty, the President shall not suffer reprisal for his/her Association activities.

  • Collaboration Activities means the activities set out in this Agreement

  • Associations means, collectively, MasterCard International Inc. ("MasterCard"), VISA U.S.A., Inc. ("VISA"), DFS Services LLC d/b/a Discover Network (“Discover”) (including any card issuer of payment cards processed and settled through the Discover network, which may include Japanese Credit Bureau (“JCB”), China Union Pay (“CUP”) and Diners Club International (“DCI”)), and American Express Travel Related Services Company, Inc. (“American Express”) and certain similar entities.

  • High Risk Activities means activities where the use or failure of the Services would reasonably be expected to result in death, serious personal injury, or severe environmental or property damage (such as the creation or operation of weaponry).

  • Interscholastic Activities means athletic or non-athletic/academic activities where students compete on a school vs. school basis.
