Moral Rights Waiver. If, despite Reseller agreement that all rights to the Translations vest automatically in QuoVadis, it is determined that Reseller or Reseller employees or agents retain moral rights in the Translations, Reseller hereby declare on Reseller behalf and on behalf of Reseller employees and agents that: (a) Reseller do not wish that Reseller name be used in connection with the Translations, or any derivative works of or upgrades or updates thereto; (b) Reseller has no objection to publication and use of the work in the manner described in this Agreement; (c) Reseller forever waives and agrees not to claim or assert any entitlement to any and all moral rights of an author in any works developed by the same as provided for by applicable laws in force in each applicable jurisdiction; (d) Reseller forever releases QuoVadis and its successors and assigns from any claims that Reseller could otherwise assert against QuoVadis by virtue of any such moral rights; and (e) Reseller shall obtain equivalent warranties to those set out in this Section from any employee or agent used in the production of any Translation.
Moral Rights Waiver. “Moral Rights” means any right to claim authorship of a work, any right to object to any distortion or other modification of a work, and any similar right, existing under the law of any country in the world, or under any treaty. Consultant hereby irrevocably transfers and assigns to KANA any and all Moral Rights that Consultant may have in any Services, Designs and Materials or Products. Consultant also hereby forever waives and agrees never to assert against KANA, its successors or licensees any and all Moral Rights Consultant may have in any Services, Designs and Materials or Products, even after expiration or termination of the Period of Consultancy.
Moral Rights Waiver. Employee hereby releases, waives and assigns in favor of Company any and all “moral” rights related to the Works of Authorship, including without limitation: the right of paternity (i.e., acknowledgment of authorship), disclosure, withdrawal and integrity (i.e., right to prevent changes to the work).

You hereby irrevocably transfer and assign to Calypte any and all Moral Rights that you may have in any services you render hereunder, or in any Inventions, Designs and Materials or products of Calypte. You also hereby forever waive and agree never to assert against Calypte, its successors or licensees any and all Moral Rights you may have in any such services, Inventions, Designs and Materials or such products, even after expiration or termination of this Agreement.

You hereby irrevocably waive (and agree never to assert) against Xxxxxxxxxx, its Affiliates, Xxxxxxxxxx' licensors, and/or any other user of the App, any Moral Rights you may have in and to any of your Account Content, and any right to receive compensation, either by royalties, commissions and/or any other manner, in connection therewith. "Moral Rights" means any rights of paternity or integrity, or any right to claim authorship of a work, to object to or prevent any distortion, mutilation or other modification of, or other derogatory action in relation to, any work, or to withdraw from circulation or control the publication or distribution of a work, whether or not such would be prejudicial to the honor or reputation of the creator of the work, and any similar right, existing under judicial or statutory law of any jurisdiction, or under any treaty.

Moral Rights Waiver. 7. The Donor, if the creator or author of the Materials, waives and shall not assert at any time any and all moral rights in the Materials, against the DWV and its licensees and customers.
Moral Rights Waiver. Each Party confirms that any and all moral rights that it or its Research Personnel may have in its Copyrights or Joint Copyrights have been waived.

If, despite your desire that all rights to Translated Versions vest automatically in Thawte, it is determined that you or your employees or agents retain moral rights in Translated Versions, you hereby declare on your own behalf and on behalf of your employees and agents that: (a) you do not wish your name to be used in connection with the Translated Versions or any derivative works of or upgrades or updates thereto; (b) you have no objection to publication and use of the work in the manner described in this Agreement; (c) you forever waive and agree not to claim or assert any entitlement to any and all moral rights of an author in any works developed by it, him or her as provided for by applicable laws in force in each applicable jurisdiction; (d) you forever release Thawte and its successors and assigns from any claims that you could otherwise assert against Thawte by virtue of any such moral rights; and (e) you shall obtain equivalent warranties to those set out in this section from any employee or agent used in the production of any Translated Version.
