Monitoring of Service. Net3 ISP has put a monitoring system to better service it’s customers. Net3 ISP will not disclose any personal or identifiable information to any other party unless it is legally obligated to do so, including, but not limited to: satisfy laws, regulations, or governmental or legal requests; operate the Services properly, or to protect itself and its interests. Net3 ISP may immediately remove your material or information from Net3 ISP's servers, in whole or in part, which Net3 ISP, in its sole and absolute discretion, determines to infringe on another party's proprietary rights or to violate our Terms of Service Agreement

Monitoring of Service. You agree that Netcom Consulting, Inc. has the right to monitor the service electronically at any time and to disclose any information as necessary to satisfy the law, or to protect itself or its subscribers. Netcom Consulting, Inc. reserves the right to refuse to post or to remove any information or materials, in whole or in part, that, in its sole discretion, are unacceptable, undesirable, or in violation of this agreement. Netcom Consulting, Inc. also reserves the right to refuse refunds in cases where Netcom Consulting, Inc. believes abuse has taken place. Netcom Consulting, Inc. reserves the right to monitor any and all communications through or with our facilities. You agree that Netcom Consulting, Inc. is not considered a “secure communications medium” for the purposes of the ECPA, and that no expectation of privacy is afforded in the event that such service is monitored and/or disclosed. NTC acknowledges that resellers’ customers belong to reseller. Resellers’ customers are considered confidential assets and NTC agrees not to sell them, solicit them, refer them or otherwise engage them in any of NTC or NTC affiliate business activities during the term of this agreement.

Monitoring of Service. 11.1 Monitoring will inform an integral part of the contract review and determine whether the Contract continues or is terminated. Accordingly, the Contractor will supply details to the Purchaser through monthly returns of completed ‘Record Sheets’ and other related forms currently within service or deemed appropriate to introduce to the Service in the future for continuous service improvements.
