Modifications to OTC Markets Group’s System. Subscriber acknowledges that OTC Markets Group may, in its sole, absolute and unfettered discretion, make modifications to its system or the Information from time to time and at any time. Such modifications may require corresponding changes to be made in Vendor's Service or Subscriber’s systems. Such changes, or the failure to make timely changes, by Vendor or Subscriber may sever or otherwise adversely affect Subscriber's access to or use of the Information. Subscriber agrees that OTC Markets Group shall have no responsibility or liability whatsoever for any such adverse effects. Receipt or use of the Information after any such modification, addition or deletion shall constitute acceptance of the Information or System, inclusive of such modification, addition or deletion.

  • Unbundled Channelization (Multiplexing) 5.7.1 To the extent NewPhone is purchasing DS1 or DS3 or STS-1 Dedicated Transport pursuant to this Agreement, Unbundled Channelization (UC) provides the optional multiplexing capability that will allow a DS1 (1.544 Mbps) or DS3 (44.736 Mbps) or STS-1 (51.84 Mbps) Network Elements to be multiplexed or channelized at a BellSouth central office. Channelization can be accomplished through the use of a multiplexer or a digital cross-connect system at the discretion of BellSouth. Once UC has been installed, NewPhone may request channel activation on a channelized facility and BellSouth shall connect the requested facilities via COCIs. The COCI must be compatible with the lower capacity facility and ordered with the lower capacity facility. This service is available as defined in NECA 4.

  • Segmentation The purchase of any Products and related Service Offerings or other Service Offerings are all separate offers and separate from any other order for any Products and related Service Offerings or other Service Offerings You may receive or have received from Oracle. You understand that You may purchase any Products and related Service Offerings or other Service Offerings independently of any other Products or Service Offerings.   • Internet Connectivity School must provide sufficient hardline internet connectivity and the required network configurations (provided in Exhibit A) for each Pixellot System to allow live broadcasts. PlayOn will provide the point-to-point wireless internet base station (“Point to Point”) when needed to deliver hardline internet connectivity to Pixellot Systems installed in outdoor venues; provided that PlayOn is able to select the make and model of the Point to Point system. In the event that School requests, or requires, a specific Point to Point system that is different from what is provided by PlayOn, then School must provide and install the Point to Point system at its own expense.

  • Mentoring Program It is recognized that the induction of new teachers through a formalized mentoring program will help to promote excellence in teaching and improve student achievement. The focus of this program will be to build a supportive environment for new teachers within the context of school improvement. Veteran teachers may be asked or encouraged to mentor a new staff member but will not be required to do so. Mentors will be compensated for this work N. Moving Classrooms: Employees who are asked to change classrooms or offices will be provided the assistance of district personnel in moving boxes and/or large items.

  • PayPal’s Buyer Protection Program When you buy something from a seller who accepts PayPal, you may be eligible for a refund under PayPal’s Buyer Protection program. When applicable, PayPal’s Buyer Protection program entitles you to reimbursement for the full purchase price of the item plus the original shipping costs you paid, if any. PayPal determines, in its sole discretion, whether your claim is eligible for PayPal’s Buyer Protection program.   • Implementation Services The Company and the Client have developed a plan for implementing the services to be provided hereunder, including with respect to the transition of responsibility for such services from the Client and its current administrator to the Company, which plan attached hereto as Schedule I (the “Implementation Plan”). The Company shall perform the services required to complete the Implementation Plan, as set forth therein (the “Implementation Services”). The Company and the Client shall comply with any applicable requirements agreed in the Implementation Plan.

When it applies, PayPal's Seller Protection program entitles you to retain the full purchase amount.
