  • INSURANCE AND PENSION In accordance with RCW 41.80.010(7), the insurance and pension conditions for all members of the bargaining unit will be as follows.

  • Benefit Plans and Perquisites The Executive shall be entitled throughout the term of this Agreement to participate in any and all officer or employee compensation, bonus, incentive, and benefit plans in effect from time to time, including without limitation plans providing pension, medical, dental, disability, and group life benefits, including the Employer’s 401(k) Plan, and to receive any and all other fringe benefits provided from time to time, provided that the Executive satisfies the eligibility requirements for any such plans or benefits.   • Benefits and Perquisites Executive shall be entitled to participate in, to the extent Executive is otherwise eligible under the terms thereof, the benefit plans and programs, and receive the benefits and perquisites, generally provided by the Company from time to time to senior executives of the Company, including without limitation family medical insurance (subject to applicable employee contributions). Executive shall be entitled to receive four weeks of vacation, in accordance with Company policy.

  • Insurance Plans The Executive is eligible to participate in the life, health, dental, short and long-term disability plans made available to the employees of the Company pursuant to the terms and conditions of such plans.

  • Group Insurance Plan The carriers, coverage, and terms and conditions of participation under the District’s Group Insurance Plan are subject to change in accordance with the applicable provisions of Title I, Division 4, Chapter 10 of the California Government Code (Section 3500 et seq.)
